1. Subscription Refunds

All service payments are generally non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no full or partial refunds will be issued, except where required by law.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Accidental overcharges
• Service not delivered due to technical faults from our end
